Some safe options. The Greek Salad was yummy but expensive. Fryer is NOT celiac safe. Some fried items are marked GF, but when I told the server I have celiac she immediately advised against anything put into the fryer. Burgers and sandwiches can be made with GF bun, but there is up-charge of $2. Additional up-charge of $2 to sub fries with salad. Most salads safe, kitchen took food prep seriously.

Met one of the cooks/managers there, told me everything that could be made gluten free and which dishes were the best to get. Any sandwich can be made gluten free with a gf roll and many entrees are gluten free as well. They do not use a separate fryer however, when slower during lunch they can heat up separate oil for fries and wings.
