This is a great option for gluten free pizza. Fresh from the oven, personal pizza with a chewy crust (best gluten free crust I’ve had so far). However, it’s not safe for celiacs.

They put the gf crust in the regular oven. No foil. They must be marketing to people who ride the gf fad wave. Stay away.

Offers a GF crust made in same area and oven as regular. They note it is not celiac certified. It is good (charred, chewy) as long as it's hot-- gets gummy when it cools. Great stop across the street from the Whitney.

Wow, what a find especially if you are looking for a gluten free option. This is definitely the best gluten free crust I've had in the city (unfortunately not for those with celiac disease though). And who can argue with the price, all pies are extremely well priced and the gluten free option only adds $1. The first time we came the pies were a little undercooked but terrific anyway. The next time we asked for well done pies and now even better! Had the Diavolo, Acciughe e Olive Nere and the Prosciutto e Fungi, all delicious!
