Super nice people. However…you have to ask them to cook your noodles in fresh water or they will cook them in the same gluteny water as the regular noodles. The only thing we could figure out that didn’t contain soy sauce was the vegetarian bowl. It was really bad—just vegetable broth, rice noodles, and really undercooked vegetables. No seasoning. And because I couldn’t eat soy sauce, they thought that meant I could not eat tofu, so they also left the tofu out of my bowl. If you guys are reading your review, I am so sorry I had to give the low rating. You could fix the bulk of your issues if 1) you substitute tamari in for soy sauce, 2) you set a policy that gluten free orders are always cooked in fresh water, and 3) you help the staff understand that tofu is perfectly safe for us, it’s soy *sauce* that contains gluten, not everything made of soy. You all are so kind and there are so few gf options in BG, and you are so close to having it together…but we aren’t there yet.

Not a great place for gluten-free food, despite a cook claiming so over the phone. Most meat is marinated in soy sauce. Got the veggie ramen with gf noodles, and I didn’t have a reaction but it was soooo bad
