Review of Simply Vietnamese

Although they have GF dishes, it's is NOT celiac friendly. The staff had no knowledge of cross contamination issues when asked. We asked if we could speak to the chef, thinking that perhaps he/she might have more knowledge, and was told that if we are "that allergic", then we probably shouldn't eat here.
