The menu has gluten free options clearly marked and they have a separate gluten free menu. The food was delicious and they have a spinach and artichoke dip with gluten free flatbread that my wife and I were able to share. The carrot cake is a must try.

Wonderful experience! Based on the GF reviews we went to this little restaurant and it did not disappoint. The gluten free options were clearly labeled and they also accommodated a dairy/onion/garlic sensitivity too. All of the food was delicious.

GREAT GF buns!! Soft and so good They didn’t seem gf - but they are! I had the grilled chicken club and it was great. Had a side caesar (no croutons). Very nice. And had the carrot cake. It was huge and I had to take half with me. I will definitely be coming back!

Great experience traveling through KC! I was so happy to see they delivered because after 8 hrs of driving I did not want to get back in the car. I ordered off the gluten free menu and added in my note that I was celiac and to avoid cross contact with gluten. When delivered, my receipt said “gluten free - no cross contamination” and I woke up this morning feeling great. My husband was able to get a gluten-filled burger as well. Outside of safety the food was fantastic!! I made sure to get the pork street tacos and a slice of their gluten free carrot cake. It was honestly the best thing Ive eaten in a long time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful restaurant has lots of gluten free choices including wonderful desserts and gluten free beer. So nice to stop in with friends get appetizers and a drink. Celiac and very sensitive and never an issue.

This is a gem we found in Blue Springs. They have appetizers, a variety of dinner options, and two cakes that will blow your mind. This is a family owned restaurant with a great atmosphere. We will be back!!
