WOW! Amazing chef inspired “real food" that is gourmet delicious, prepared with care and presented beautifully with friendly personalized service. Farm table, responsible sourcing, and made from scratch. Dedicated fryer if you are looking for fried potatoes, and for those who are also soy free, olive oil is in the house, and they don't use vegetable oil at all. While they do not have a GF menu yet, they do work to adjust if needed to ensure safety. We just could not have been more pleased with the safety precautions and the fact that most menu items are naturally GF and kitchen was very careful to prevent any cross contamination. We did not get sick and enjoyed the abundance of nutrients that fortified body while we savored amazing flavors. The head chef, Josh Weeks, takes quality and service very seriously and was table-side to ensure our safety. It was such a pleasure to meet him, and I do recommend checking out his story on their website. This first visit was for lunch, and we are already planning to go back for dinner in a few days. I had the Dutch Cove Fresh Greens and Citrus Salad with the GF and soy free Betty Dan's Dressing, the Cumberland Blues Pork Loin on a GF bun, and the Honey Roasted Sweet Potato Salad Side. So good!!!!! Hubby had the Haywood Steer Beef/Bison Burger on a GF Bun and the fries. He loved them both and again neither of us got sick. This was a very special experience and I hope more restaurants will follow this example as it truly exudes all the best possible aspects of dining out.
