Can make any sandwich gluten free or build your own. They ask if it's an allergy and then change gloves and make your sandwich on separate surface (fresh cutting board). Came out flagged and verified it had been made separate without me even asking.

I had the Avocado Bacon sandwich on GF bread, tomato basil soup, and flour less chocolate cake. Everything was delicious! The staff was knowledgeable about GF issues & was good about double checking with the cooks to make sure items were GF. Highly recommend!
