Siracusa's NY Pizzeria

My husband placed an online order for a pizza for himself and 2 non-celiac sons to be picked up. He ordered an additional GF cheese only pizza for my celiac son and self. He specified that the additional pizza was to be gluten free for a celiac and to not cut the pizza. We usually do not place orders for gluten free anything for pick-up or delivery. We like to be sure to explain our request in person but wanted to see if the pizza we picked up would work out as a quick lunch option. Unfortunately, the Nima sensor did detect gluten. I wouldn’t eat here without the sensor to check for gluten but am reserving judgement without the face to face interactions we usually do.
