If you ask at the time you are seated, the kitchen can accommodate gluten free. None of the kitchens any where in the resort have dedicated gluten free space but will accommodate gluten free to the best of their ability. I talked to the food and beverage manager at the resort and this is what I was told. This includes banquets during conventions.

This restaurant is in the Marriott near Disney World. The chicken Alfredo was delicious. They asked if it was an intolerance or Celiac.
