Better off going to Monse’s. Options here are limited. They no longer make fried cheese, sauces were bland, parking is problematic, shared dining hall concept of the well leads to potential contamination with silverware, plates, tables, etc. Overall not great. Monse’s on the other hand is outstanding.

I ordered the quesatacos and they were delicious! A bit pricey, but a safe food option downtown. Smaller and more limited menu than the sister restaurant, Monses, but same quality, safety, and taste!

Sivar is the new sister restaurant of Monse’s, and is located in The Well. Super cute vibe with a lot of energy. We ordered two Colorado pupusas with filling and toppings, and the cashier helped me ensure mine was dairy free too. Pupusas came out within 15 min and were deliciously filling. And I didn’t get sick! Would eat here again for sure.
