Inside Hyatt restaurant lounge of McCormick place. Have gluten free rice bowls including beef, chicken, pork, and tofu that has gluten free soy sauce glaze. Can request gluten free pho. Also has mochi ice cream balls. Everything labeled GF on regular menu.
