Update: my last couple trips here haven't been so lucky. Not fully glutened, but definitely cross contaminated.
With everything made to order, nearly every dish can be made safely gluten free. The cauliflower crust and gluten free buns were almost too good to be true. They use predominantly rice flour so even dishes not indicated so on the menu are safe for consumption. Come in and let the staff guide you to a wonderful experience! Did I mention fried chicken! Because FRIED CHICKEN with rice flour!!!
