Celiac friendly. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They ask if you want soy sauce because their soy sauce is gluten free and is the same base used in a lot of their dishes and house made sauces. The double black soy sauce is not gluten free and can be omitted. They have a list of naturally gluten free dishes at the counter and most non GF dishes can be modified.
