I was so excited to discover that they have a dedicated frier for their fries and sweet potato chips! All of their burgers and sandwiches can be made with the option of GF buns or bread! It was all delicious! Our server made me feel comfortable that the kitchen staff was careful not to cross contaminate too. We used to frequent Skal before my celiac diagnosis and I’m so happy we can continue to eat there!
