Delicious food and the staff was knowledgeable about what was gluten free or not. Did not get sick. Menu wasn’t marked so had to ask before ordering. Was only able to have an entree, not chicken satay, and the frier is not gluten free. Was informed that they use separate pans for every dish in the kitchen to limit cross contamination.
