We’ve had Gluten Free pizza multiple times with no issues at all. My daughter is very sensitive (Celiac) and has never been sick. They use separate utensils for cutting GF pizzas. Crust is premade/frozen/sealed. Delicious and safe every time! Brookfield Place location is safe - Use Ritual to order ahead and include notes that your GF pizza is for person with celiac

Celiac friendly?

Yes

During the lunch rush the waits are 15 minutes or so. The crust seems to be cauliflower-based, and as such tastes like cauliflower. A little pricey, but not a terrible lunch option. Not sure how careful they are about cross-contamination, but they might be!
