They have one oven, so the gf pizza is cooked in a shared oven. However, they showed me the prewrapped gf crust that contains its own cutter and metal tray for baking. For pasta, they clean everything before making gf, and they are careful about cc when you mention an allergy. I had pasta and the chicken and flavors were great, noodles were definitely gf lol, but I didn't get sick and that's what matters. Call to order and specify your gluten allergy- you can have most pizzas and pastas. I would definitely order from here again.

The staff was delightful and put me at ease. Pizza was large (not personal size) and sauce and cheese were delish…crust was thin and typical GF crust. They put on clean gloves to prepare the GF pizza. They gave me my own cutter which they told me to take home and keep. They checked on me twice while I was eating to see if I was enjoying my lunch. They also said they do GF pasta which I will try another time. Will go back!

Great service and the gluten free pizza was good! We wanted fries but the waiter told us they were not cooked in a dedicated fryer. We appreciated their honesty! The leftover gluten free pizza was great re-heated the next day.

Excellent GF pizza. They assemble the pizza in a separate room and bake it in a dedicated oven. The boxes are also stored away from the main baking area. The owner told me he began making GF pizza about 10 years ago and decided he should try his best to ensure there was no cross contamination, with the dedicated space and oven. This rarely happens when places offer GF pizza-often bake in same oven as regular pizza. Greatly appreciate skippack pizza taking extra precautions.
