They change their menu often, but there is always a GF option! From homemade pretzels to flatbreads, everything I have tried has been amazing. Also has GF beers and ciders

I live in the area, but didn't actually go to eat there and ask about their gf options until last night - I've been missing out! GF options clearly marked on the menu, and there are a good number of options. The GF pizzas are build-your-own or from their "original favorites", and when I asked if the pizzas and the kitchen in general were celiac safe, they explained their whole process: all pizzas baked in individual trays, gf pizza trays get a clean stone and all clean equipment. I felt really safe eating there and the food was delicious! Chef even came out to chat about how happy they were to accommodate food allergies. They also make a point to carry some awesome gf beers and ciders. 100% reccommend!!
