Amazing experience. The waitress went through the menu explaining what I could/could not have; the kitchen was able to make several modifications. We had the grilled calamari as an app (fried rice on the side dor my boyfriend) and then for our entrees I had the bison and my boyfriend ordered the duck (gf) so we could share. We also had plenty of options for dessert which was great! Felt great after with no issues that night or the next day! Additionally, the ambience was lovely.

The menu does not mark the gluten-free foods. Upon asking the server, he began to tell me which items were vegan assuming a gluten-free diet falls into that category. I requested he inquire with the cooking staff, which he did return with better information. The food did not make me sick, but I was unimpressed with the lack of understanding and information the sever had.
