Slickables Ice Cream Sandwich

The place is not dedicated gf. They cross contaminate use the ice cream scoops and the water too. The staff is not knowledgeable. Would be great if they had a dedicated scoop for gf only. I didn’t stay bc I didn’t want to be glutened.

My daughter loved the gfree cookie and ice cream (from the back). I did instruct them to change gloves and fresh scooper.

A little sketchy, but they did have a gluten free ice cream options and one gluten free cookie option. Asked employee to change gloves before handling my cookie as he had just handled gluten-filled cookies. Did not get sick and cookies were delicious!
