Slicks Big Time BBQ

Very limited choices... was craving ribs but had no pork options. Addition of pork to baked beans put them off limits. They recommended brisket on sweet potato. That's exactly what it was too, only the sweet potato must have been pressure cooked because it was extremely wet on the inside and overcooked. Brisket didn't have much taste. No butter or brown sugar for the potato. Tasted like there was a bunch of BBQ sauce in the limp coleslaw, making that part of the meal with taste, which was too spicy. Seriously underwhelmed, but at least they are informed and trying so I'm giving them 3 stars

This place is delicious! There's not a ton of GF options but there's enough for a good meal. Tell them celiac and they will keep your food separate. We'll be back!

Pretty good BBQ. I had the brisket on sweet potato. One sauce (whisky sauce) was GF; no vegetable options. Canned cider available.

I've eaten here about 5 times and never had a reaction. Great bbq. You can have the chicken or brisket. I love the stuffed sweet potatoes. The staff are knowledgeable and if you tell them you are celiac they will use all clean utensils. The whiskey bbq sauce is gf. Usually I will have a reaction to anything with whiskey in it but I have been completely fine. Very highly recommend.
