Wow! The kitchen staff and the bartend are really nice and welcoming. It an exceedingly socially accepting environment and experience.

The kicker? The food is SO tasty! My partner hadn’t had a gluten-free corn dog since her diagnosis! This place is 10/10.

All the meats are gf, they have a dedicated fryer, and there are even vegan and vegetarian options, which are rare on a barbeque menu. We tried the ribs, pulled pork, and brisket, fries, and slaw. Everything was excellent. Style-wise, it's a pretty standard little bbq place but cozy. Service was really great and knowledgeable (including letting us know we arrived at brunch the first time, which wasn't what we wanted so we came back for the full menu that night).

I am such a sucker for a dedicated fryer, honestly.

Such great food. Dedicated fryer, knowledgeable staff. First time in ages I’ve gotten to have a worry-free brunch and actually get to eat all the good stuff!

Wow!!! They were so amazing! The staff knew exactly what to do, the menu is clearly marked and they understand cross contamination with fryers. They had tater tots that were safe to eat, gf buns, and a cider if you’re interested in drinks. The BBQ meat was great according to my group, and they had a vegan bbq option. Fun atmosphere as well.

Such a great experience. Server asked the owner to serve us just to be safe - he was so careful and extremely knowledgeable. He was not 100% sure about a hot sauce, so told us to not use it until he could check the celiac website. Sure enough, it was fine - but he went over and above. Highly recommended Slim’s BBQ for safety. AND….the ribs, brisket, pork butt - so amazingly delicious. You don’t need to be GF to eat here!

Didn’t love it. Meat was on the salty side. Very safe and knowledgeable with tonnes of GF offerings though.

Gluten free menu except for a few items. Brisket, fried chicken, tater tots, and tacos were all gluten free! Great service and aware of celiac. Would definitely go back, great food!
