I was a little nervous to eat here because there was just one short review without details but I took the fact that they have options for gluten free buns and crust as a sign that at least they’re willing. At the register I had my partner order first so there would be no distractions when it was my turn. I had looked at the setup and saw that the pizza kitchen is small and all a shared counter so I was less comfortable with that. The other food is made in a different kitchen so I opted for a burger. The cashier assumed me that the bun is in its own separate wrapper until it’s opened for my order. I asked about a side salad to go with it. He said one could be made special with no croutons but suggested a Mediterranean side salad instead because that’s always gluten free so I had that. When our food was delivered the server announced that mine was gluten free. The burger and salad were both delicious and thankfully I felt totally fine. Bonus that they have Holidaily gluten free beer (in a can). I would definitely eat here again.
