Everything seemed good here, until it wasn’t. There are gluten free pasta and pizza options. Two staff members told me gluten free orders get prepared separately. I ordered the gluten free pizza. When it came I double checked (as I always do) and asked “it’s gluten free”, the waitress looked at it and said “oh no” which was a clear sign something had gone wrong. I think they have good precautions in the kitchen but obviously not good enough seeing as I was served gluten pizza! Just in case you decide to eat here, know that the rectangular pizza had gluten - the round one is gluten free. In my opinion, you’re better off going to Mercato Hosteria (end of the same square) as it’s an AIC restaurant and really good.
