Amazing food and service. I was told to call ahead for celiac preparation because it does take some time. I'm happy I did. The food was excellent and I felt totally safe.

Slow G’s is the place to go for fellow Celiacs who want a delicious sandwich. Just tell them you need it gluten free for Celiac and they will use everything separate including dedicated toaster! They prepare it in the back with completely separate food. Almost all items on menu can be made gluten free and they make their own meats in house! Chicken avocado sandwich is my favorite.

Any sandwich can be made gluten free. Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and making sure there was a separate preparation area for a gluten-free sandwich. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had a very long time. I will be back!
