They have a separate GF menu and mark gluten allergies vs preferences differently to provide clearer instructions about cross contamination. The last couple times I went the servers were knowledgeable about what was safe and what was not!

They have a gluten free menu; only a handful of options but they are good options at least (go for the rice bowl over the ramen). The staff is reasonably knowledgable about cross contamination but I did have to clarify and request that the gf ramen noodles be prepared in a separate boiling water dish.

While the gluten free menu is small, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun. Gluten fre soy sauce available upon request. There is a gluten free menu but you need to ask your server or the front desk for it.

Very small menu. Only one ramen dish. Too expensive.
