I wasn’t sure how well this place would go but I was very impressed with the whole experience!! The server immediately knew what i was talking about when I asked about cross contamination in the fryers and asked if I was gluten free. Pretty good gf bun and the burger sauce was also gf. Sadly no fries or other sides but overall pretty solid

I was hesitant but was immediately impressed! They have a gluten free bun for their burgers and their special Smack Shack sauce is gluten free. Before asking any questions or making any requests the gal taking my order said she would be sure they cleaned off the grill and changed gloves for my order! The bun was a little dry but overall very tasty!
