The staff was amazingly educated on being celiac. She even told the kitchen to not cross contaminate me and my boyfriends food. I was shocked of the education. Not on just not having gluten. But that she was educated on cross contamination. As far as food options you can have any burger and they have gluten free buns. Buyers beware: gluten-free bun is $2.00 extra

Great GF bun. It tastes great. Not real crumbly. Got to have it.
Tell them you have celiac and they will take every precaution. I've never gotten sick here.

Beware. Warning. I have a severe gluten allergy with an arthritic response. I have successfully eat aft this Smashburger several times. Today my husband ordered to go burgers for us. He ordered mine to be gluten-free and it down the receipt. Unfortunately the person taking the order to push them the wrong item and he came home with a regular burger on a gluten free bun and regular sweet potato fries. The order was marked gluten free. Because I trusted them, I ate a sweet potato fry while picking up the wrapped burger. I knew by how heavy it was, that it wasn't a gluten free bacon cheeseburger with a gluten free bun. My heart sank as I opened it. It had fried onion rings on it. I didn't eat that, but I did eat one sweet potato fry which was not cooked in the dedicated fryer. I know because I called them. They had a manager from Kansas City call. She was sympathetic and wished she could give me a hug. But she told me they are not a restaurant with gluten free food. They are "allergy friendly". She said there is too much chance of cross contamination on the back. I'm in bed unable to move my knees.

gluten-free bun. burger was yummy! Knowledgeable staff that took the extra few seconds to communicate clearly with kitchen staff that my order was to be gluten AND Dairy free. Note: they have goat cheese!!! they also have veggies, side salad, and sweet potato fries all gluten free and prepared in a separate cook area from other options!
In town for business. I also have a milk allergy. Ate here twice this week with no problems.

I was surprised, pleasantly by this place. they had a GF bun that was fantastic and I got the salad the first time I went to be safe, but they informed me that they could make fries in a seperate fries the second time and they were fantastic. I have celiacs and this place didn't seem to bother me, but I went right when they opened, I tend to have better luck getting to places early.

Good burger and safe fries. I think a $2 upcharge for the gf bun is absurd but what can you do? They also have dairy-free shakes that are very good although a little unusual.

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.

No options. They had gluten free buns but all the food is cooked together so none of the options are safe.

— No gluten-free information on the menu
