Customer service was highly lacking. I was ignored when I entered the restaurant. After several minutes I tried to get the attention of any employee and when one finally came to the front I was not greeted. I then tried to use a coupon that this restaurant sent to the neighborhood and they said it could not be used for gluten free modifications. The modification was paying extra for a gluten free bun. I had to ask for a manager for assistance. I don’t mind paying extra for gluten free meals, but I won’t frequent an establishment that treats its customers like they’re a nuisance.
The three in our party thought the food was subpar. One had to stop eating it because the burger had a metallic taste. We’ll stick with In-n-Out. We didn’t trust the safety of how they handled our order either.

My celiac son loves the smash chicken sandwich! Just be sure to ask the bun not to be toasted to avoid cross contamination. The trainer was there the first time we ordered and she specifically told us to tell them when ordering. He’s inadvertently had it toasted a couple of times and had no adverse reaction, but to to be safe we say not toasted.

Out of gf buns when I went which was fine. Confirmed that there was indeed a dedicated fryer however they decided to put my sweet potato fries in with my husband’s chicken tenders that are all in the same open fry container. Girl didn’t see the issue.

Cashier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I started with, “my kiddo has celiacs disease and cannot have gluten” and she instantly informed me of our options, that there were dedicated fryers and the “allergy” precautions. The food was great, my kiddo got a safe kids meal and it was two thumbs up from her!

I've had burgers on GF buns here twice with no reaction.
Staff was very accommodating in regards to gluten free. Dedicated fryer, gluten free buns and grill chicken nuggets.
Yes
It was so nice to be able to walk in and order my daughter a cheeseburger with a gluten free bun, and fries that were cooked in a dedicated fryer!!
Yes

Good burger and safe fries. I think a $2 upcharge for the gf bun is absurd but what can you do? They also have dairy-free shakes that are very good although a little unusual.

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.

No options. They had gluten free buns but all the food is cooked together so none of the options are safe.
