They carry Udis buns to make burgers and sandwiches gluten free. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, the grill used for meat never has bread on it, and they will mark your order as being for a celiac so the cooks know to keep it safe. Don't let them toast your bun, though, as it would end up on the grill next to the regular buns. My food came out first and I was assured it was gluten free. I haven't gotten sick here before and will be returning.
