I’ve tried eating here a couple times and get sick every time so I wouldn’t recommend for a true celiacs.

My daughter had the grilled chicken with BBQ and she ended up with a rash on her check where the BBQ was. Not sure if it was cross contamination or not. Food was good though.
Went to the smashburgers on 104th near Denver. 2/3 GF orders came with haystack onions (fried with breaking) vs fried onions. Staff readily corrected the order and remade the burgers (but had to wait quite a bit bc they were busy). We went with family of 5 at 6:30 pm and food came at different times (even those waiting for regular menu food).Food was good esp. After day of rafting. All the fries were yummy (reg & sweet potatoes) try them smash-style olive oil, rosemary and garlic. No one got sick and eventually all orders remade. Staff polite and apologetic. Just remember Double check your receipt for FRIED onions and not haystack onions. 4 stars for food, 1 star off bc of mixed up orders and delay in getting food to us.
Took allergy seriously, had a good bun and reassured on safety of preparation process.

Good burger and safe fries. I think a $2 upcharge for the gf bun is absurd but what can you do? They also have dairy-free shakes that are very good although a little unusual.

Everything can be Gluten free. GF bun, fries are supposedly GF, but I didn't confirm. no bad reaction. The shake was pretty good too!

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.

No options. They had gluten free buns but all the food is cooked together so none of the options are safe.
