The lady said everything is done in one fryer so the fries are not safe. They do have gluten free buns though.

Not sure why the bad reviews- always have gluten free buns and the sweet potato fries are in a dedicated fryer. A regular for us when flying.

Every smash burger I’ve been to has been celiac friendly with gluten free buns, a dedicated fryer, and staff knowledge about allergens. Unfortunately this one has none of those things. We were incredibly disappointed & decided not to order anything
