I go here once a week. Dedicated fryers for the non breaded items. Love their plain tater tots. I love love love the gluten free buns. I always get a burger.

The only GF option is the bun. The frier is not separate. I didn’t end up ordering anything, because I couldn’t guarantee any safety.

Stopped in for lunch passing through town. Placed order for a Turkey burger with GF bun for me, Grilled Chicken with GF bun for one teen and a brisket bacon cheeseburger (regular) for another teen. Cashier asked if gluten allergy and informed kitchen. He did seem very slightly irritated but I think it’s because he heard GF and steps over to inform kitchen but didn’t finish listening to me before he did. So when I said no cheese or certain toppings, he had to go back to the window to the kitchen. Regular and smash fries ordered. Both good. I thought the turkey burger was very good and flavorful but the patty was small especially in comparison to the bun. Could have eaten a double. Chicken was also thin (maybe that’s the smash part 😉) and teen considered average. Brisket burger was good but the burger patty could have been thicker as well.

GF buns, a dedicated fryer, knowledgeable staff, fast service and good food. Our first trip was awesome.On our return trip I was told that they have to clean the grill before cooking GF burgers so they are only available if it's not too busy and they can clean the grill. I was told that I should call before coming to see if they can accommodate GF or not. We haven't been back as it seemed like an imposition on them for our last visit.

Smashburger now offers gluten-free buns for their burgers (Udi's -- $1 extra). We were also able to eat their fries and sweet potato fries. Both were yummy and gf! We were told they are done in separate fryers than the battered foods. Both of the gf people in our party ate with no adverse reaction. Yay!

The server was very helpful and made sure my order is just how I needed it. Gluten free bun, dedicated fryer and a delicious dairy free chocolate shake!!

Absolutely delicious every single time!! They offer gluten free buns for an additional $2. I believe the bun is Udi’s brand. It’s so delicious and fluffy! I was told that the french fries are fried in a dedicated fryer. They also noted “***Gluten allergy” on my order!!

I’ve never gotten sick from eating here and it’s one of my favorite places to get gf burgers and fries!🍔

They do have a dedicated fryer but then said their fries have a coating on them and they aren’t gluten free. The burger was delicious, even with no side of fries.

Although this place is not dedicated gluten-free, they’ve done a great job, making me feel really comfortable eating here. They have two people on staff with celiac disease who have done a great job training everyone about cross-contamination. They even have a dedicated frier for French fries!
