The manager was very knowledgable about gluten issues. Just make sure to tell them you have an allergy versus being gluten-free as a choice. He told me that when it's an allergy they send the Udi's bun through a dedicated warmer versus when it's a preference, they will send the Udi's bun through the warmer used for the non-gluten buns.
