Smashburger

I ordered a salad that I had researched in advance and knew to be free of gluten-containing items (according to the Smashburger website). I made the manager on duty aware of my allergies when I ordered (wheat allergy + celiac/gluten allergy). I'm not feeling so great, so I think there must have been cross-contact with gluten. The food tasted great, but likely not safe for celiacs.

Ordered a Gf burger said for allergies and it came out with onion straws on it and when it came back it was the same bun, but I didn't realise until it was too late. They need to educate employees on allergies better.

Good burger and safe fries. I think a $2 upcharge for the gf bun is absurd but what can you do? They also have dairy-free shakes that are very good although a little unusual.

Everything can be Gluten free. GF bun, fries are supposedly GF, but I didn't confirm. no bad reaction. The shake was pretty good too!

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.
