Best Smashburger I’ve been to for taking allergies seriously AND not messing up my order!! The staff was very knowledgeable about my gluten allergy. When I asked about changing gloves, etc, the cashier assured me they change gloves, clean the work surfaces and the grill. He double-checked to ensure they have a separate fryer for fries and tots (they do!). The cashier flagged my order and communicated it to the cooks. Order was served on a red plate. I felt very safe eating here!

I eat here all the time and love it! I tell them I have a gluten allergy and they make a note of that on my ticket. Dedicated fryer for the fries, the sweet potato fries are delish! I'm grain free so they put my burger on a red plate lettuce wrapped with the other veggies. It works great for me!

The staff was very knowledgeable. Gluten free bun (not toasted) makes a smash burger safe. Designated fryers allows the choice of fries or tots. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter with celiac had a safe meal. They even made her a chocolate shake on the peanut butter mixer to ensure no cross contamination with Oreo.

Told them my son has Celiac. They explained how they have a special area on the grill where they prepare GF burgers and buns. They now have a dedicated fryer for fries and tater tots as the breaded items are fried in a separate fryer. Udi’s bun on the burger was good. Great experience for my son to be able to go and have a burger and fries without stress. The guy at the register was very knowledgeable. Great experience overall. Still possible cross contamination issues but they are making big steps toward helping those with Celiac.

Do not go here, completely untrained staff for gluten free. The gluten free option is only for "diet" gluten free

Good burger and safe fries. I think a $2 upcharge for the gf bun is absurd but what can you do? They also have dairy-free shakes that are very good although a little unusual.

Everything can be Gluten free. GF bun, fries are supposedly GF, but I didn't confirm. no bad reaction. The shake was pretty good too!

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.
