Smetana Food Truck

Exceptional food and service. They clearly label what is inherently gluten free and what can be made gluten free. The owner (Nick) was very knowledgeable of Celiac. The fryer is dedicated - no gluten ever in it. They have a separate pan and space for gluten free prep.

The menu is seasonal. This October I enjoyed the kielbasa, which was delicious. I had a side of horseradish smetana that was creamy and tangy. The smoked cheddar hashbrown was superb.

Smetana will definitely be in my rotation - Good food and very kind people.

I visit the Smetana food truck frequently and I always have a great experience! They’re very knowledgeable about gluten and they’ve told me on multiple occasions that the “fryer never sees gluten”

I loveee their GF fried schnitzel sandwich and the cheese filled crispy hash brown is incredible! I always see if the truck is near me because I know I’m going to get safe, and tasty, food!
