They had a gluten free menu ready to go. There were a few options that concerned me (air fried chicken) but the server was happy to seek further clarification from the kitchen. Since they were new, I’m assuming that with more time, the staff will become more confident on gluten free preparations. I had the beet salad and fish, and both were delicious and safe.

I’m interested to see if other people had a great experience, too!
