Smoke Bourbon and BBQ

Their meats are gluten free, but cooked on the same grill as the breads. I specified that I needed my meal with no bread, but they still brought it out with a piece completely covering the meat. No sauces are gluten free, and the only salad dressing you can have is the balsamic. I was looking forward to trying this place, but I don’t recommend it now.

Smoke is okay. Limited options for celiacs, the BBQ just tastes like liquid smoke and not actually smoked meat. They had two sauces that are gf and only a few mediocre sides.

We ate dinner here. All meats are gf and 2 of the sauces are. Staff is knowledgeable of gf. No dedicated areas but they will take care of you.
