Review of Smoke Modern BBQ

I make sure I eat at Smoke every time I come to Glenwood Springs. Their BBQ is REALLY good, and the GF buns are a wonderful upgrade from the standard restaurant GF bun choice, Udi's. Also good (and less expensive than most places in town) for Sunday brunch, try the corned beef hash. It's smoked (no surprise) and so much better than any I've ever had.
