Great experience here - both tasty and safe food! We arrived early and spoke with the owner about GF options from the Ethiopian side of the menu. (We wanted to try Ethiopian food only on our first visit.)
The owner was very knowledgeable about gluten and offered so many helpful suggestions. We loved the lamb tibs as well as the beef stew and lamb stew from the Ethiopian Meat Platter. The injera was good but better with salt. The sides were not as amazing except for the cabbage and carrots, which I loved. Next time, we want to try to doro wat and some of the BBQ options.
I’m happy to find another great local restaurant bringing a unique food to the area while also handling food sensitivities. Highly recommend.
