Tex-Ethiopian cuisine. I've always eaten her Ethiopian food as I know it's typically GLuten Free. Her Injera is 100% teff, which is actually hard to find in the US! My favorite is the vegan platter with lamb tibs. I haven't asked her about her BBQ but she's always been happy to tell me ingredients if I had a question. I've never gotten sick in the years I've eaten here. (Celiac)
