Review of Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill

I had smoked wings to avoid fryer contamination. I prefer dry rub vs a sugary bbq sauce, so I had the memphis rub with a bit of the recommended Carolina mopping sauce on the dip. I didn't care for it, but I'm a Yankee who likes TX style BBQ so 🤷🏼‍♀

there's GF info on menu and the hostess and server were knowledgeable. The wings were crisp and tasty, next time I'll try the brisket and see how close to TX style it is. Nothing comes close to Houston or Austin BBQ!
