Spoke to the bartender, who gave me a quizzical look. Dead give-away. She indicated that meat was gluten free (no kidding), but she wasn’t sure about their sauce. Didn’t eat, and went to smokey bones instead.

Great place. All meats and sauces are gluten free. Only side that's gluten free is the baked beans. Excellent service! I would recommend the pulled pork.
