Excellent gf pizza! We ate here twice while visiting Sun Valley. Staff warned us that it is a pizza place with flour in the air. They take precautions with placing gf crust on different cooking boards, changing gloves, separate cutter. We talked about the process for using toppings and felt like it was a very small risk to get toppings, so we did. All toppings were gf. My son did not have any bad reactions. Nice staff. Good service.

They had gluten free noodles and pizza. Kids were able to have spaghetti and Macaroni which they loved. They just got a new cauliflower pizza crust, it was AMAZING! Might be the best GF pizza I had in a long long time. Staff was also awesome! Asked lots of questions, checked with the chef. I would highly recommend!

Gf pizza is great and so is roasted romaine salad
I had a cheeseburger, ordered with no bun and informed the waitress I had a gluten intolerance. When the burger came out it had breakers fried onions on it. I sent it back and now I’m currently sick for this meal. I’ve had the gluten free pizza and it’s great. Smoky Mountain has great food but celiac people be cautious because the serving staff don’t pay attention.
Smoky Mountain consistently makes a great gluten free pizza! We love coming in the winter and sitting inside but our favorite lunch is sitting on their deck. Before our gluten free days we loved their pasta and sandwiches. Family friendly and they have a bar.

I usually get a burger without the bun. Like my burger piled high with veggies I eat my burger on a plate using a knife and fork. Lettuce wraps are not my favorite. They have gluten free pizza but they cook the pizza in same oven with regular pizza so I can't have the pizza.

Waiter was knowledgeable but if you are wanting more than pizza or pasta off their menu go somewhere else. They can do any pasta gf just switch out noodle and pizza they do a cauliflower crust. Taste wise it was ok. Probably won’t go back

I got very sick eating here. The waitress told me that “there is never gluten in salad dressing”. After hearing this I should have known not to eat there. I only had a salad and there were no croutons on the salad, so it had to have been cross contamination or the dressing. I’m celiac but I usually don’t get sick unless I’m accidentally exposed to a lot of gluten.
