Good meats, but not celiac safe. Staff and owners were unsure of what sides and sauces contained gluten. Ordered just brisket to be safe and was assured it was gluten free. When my order came I was assured all sauces were gf. Ate only meat and sauce and got terribly glutened…

My son is stationed close by and brought us here for lunch. The staff is so warm and welcoming! The food was all delicious, but their brisket is the true star!! My husband is a bbq buff and wanted to know how the chef got such a moist brisket with a phenomenal bark. He began peppering our server with questions. We fully expected her to go back and ask the pit boss his technique. We were delightfully surprised to find it was our server who made the brisket!! Kudos!! It’s the best brisket we’ve ever had! While there is no gluten free menu, my husband has Celiac’s and had no reaction to the chicken, brisket, pulled pork or coleslaw. Make sure to get a glass of sweet tea!

Although there is no Gluten Free menu, the waitress was well versed on gluten free things. Their tacos are gluten free and all sides except the Mac and Cheese. She did say their queso is not gluten free…so if you want the nachos or brisket fries - unfortunately they are not gluten free. She did say, they can substitute shredded cheese.
