The last few times I’ve gone here it went so poorly I can’t imagine going back. Ever time I’ve ordered an omelet, explained celiac and dairy allergy (so no cheese, but I’ll pay the up charge for the one slice of GF bread in the dedicated toaster). Each time, it either comes with normal bread, an omelet stuffed with cheese, and always always always a cup of butter on the plate. By the time my meal is remade and replaced, my friends are done eating and I’m worried that since they likely “fired” it in the kitchen - no precautions were taken or the the allergy was forgotten entirely on the new ticket. Also asked the waitress if they use the certified gluten free oat milk (very apologetically explained I’m sorry to be annoying but the gluten free statement on oat milk doesn’t necessarily mean celiac safe) she came back after looking with a confident YES. Then luckily I watched her pour it and it was planet oat (not safe for me unfortunately).

She also carried my friends allergy food and my allergy food (opposing allergies) out together. Her very bready meal crumbs spilling over on to my plate below hers. Kind of defeats the point.

All love to the servers here, we know allergies can be a pain (especially when it’s not something you’re used to thinking about in your own life) and they’re doing their best - the place is just not safe for celiacs.
