Review of Snook Haven

We were very disappointed with our experience. We were excited to see such a great gluten free menu online. When we arrived we explained to the waitress my son has celiac and asked for the gluten free menu. She said that there is really no safe items for anyone with celiac due to cross contamination as everything is cooked on shared surfaces and shared air fryer. The chef said he could use a separate clean skillet to cook the burger, but that was it. It was brought out in a basket served on top of their homemade chips which are not celiac safe. The manager had them cook a new burger and brought it out alone. They could not confirm if ketchup was gluten free. I will not return here and do not feel like their “gluten free” items are safe for people with celiac.
