Wonderful!! Also great with kids! Took them out for their first sushi experience and the waiter was not only very knowledgeable about gluten, but you could just tell him what kind of fish you liked and he could rattle off amazing rolls tailored just for you. (So helpful with kids!) We had the Foxy Lady, Alaskan roll, Philadelphia roll, a “honey” something and then one that was like 1604(?) - he was rattling them off and they were just delicious!!

I love Snow Pea. This is my go-to for sushi since I was diagnosed. I love that they’re also dog friendly and you can sit outside on the patio with them

They are very knowledgeable about keeping food separate when you order as an allergy. They have GF soy sauce you can get a rainbow roll (tell them no artificial crab) also they made a shrimp roll. They can make any dish that is not fried GF. Boiled separate water for lomein with rice noodles. The egg drop is made with corn starch and no soy sauce. Ask for a waiter named Thomas he is great! We have been here lots of times and no reactions from celiac daughter.
