Beef pho and shrimp spring roll were both so delicious! I was able to check a box for gluten allergy while ordering online. Also notes which items cannot be made gluten free. Really impressed :)

I ordered pho online and it said in parentheses below the food description to add a note to omit hoisin sauce if gluten free. Because of COVID this was an online order but if you were dining in I think they’d do everything possible to ensure you have a safe, gluten free meal.
